Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at lillisnookhelp@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at lillisnookhelp@gmail.com within 14 days with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
